I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. They were always eager to assist. the beach was also beautiful and offered amazing views. the lagoon was fine!!!

Unfortunately, i found that the food variety was not great. the same dishes was frequently. the hotel also seemed a bit old. Some areas needed some maintenance.

Ahmed and andrew at reception welcomed us so warmly! the location was near the sea. I loved walking along the shore each morning. food was good. chefs were especially kind. the staff worked hard to entertain us.

The elevators on our side of the building were not working. I had to take the stairs. it was difficult with luggage!

the beach access was easy with clear paths. i found plentiful sunbeds around pools. staff quickly addressed my requests, i confirm this. daily housekeeping kept my room clean. towels always replenished, which i appreciated.

the wi-fi signal was not stable in all the hotel areas.

the wi-fi was only available in the lobby and it was AWFUL. i could not even book a simple excursion to the desert! the tv only worked when the entrance light was on, absurd. the bathroom wall was not clean despite the bathtub being so? overall, i find this unacceptable.

the location was acceptable.

The room was not clean upon arrival. there was hair in the bathroom! the man at reception seemed confused and tried to overcharge us. It was frustrating. the whole check in process was a mess.
